PokeVerse Online

In-Game Rules

INTRODUCTION

• By registering to create a login or logging into the game, the user agrees to fully accept and comply with these terms and rules.

• The platform is entirely PRIVATE, and only the rules below apply. If you do not agree with them, do not log into the systems.

• It is important to emphasize that PokeVerse is the result of an independent partnership, provided for free.

• Our goal is to promote anime and manga to everyone, while respecting the author’s contracts, copyrights, and trademarks.

• No one is obliged to play PokeVerse. If you do not agree with these rules, do not play, do not make donations, and do not purchase Verse Coins.

• Disagreeing with the terms and rules below makes it prohibited to create accounts or log into PokeVerse servers.

• If you disagree with the rules but still create an account on PokeVerse servers, it may be deleted by the administration, resulting in losses.

• The rules also exist to ensure better organization of the game and to promote mutual respect between players.

• A user with a suspended, banned, or deleted account is prohibited from using any services on the entire PokeVerse platform, cannot create new accounts, or log into old accounts. The servers are private and have their own rules.

Violation of the terms and rules below will result in immediate suspension and permanent deletion of the account.

The PokeVerse team and any collaborators try in every way to organize the game, but it is impossible to control all messages, issues, etc.

• We do not guarantee the functionality of the system and we do not guarantee that there will be no losses for the player. Whenever you notice system instability, store your items in a safe place to avoid irreversible losses.

• The game’s rules may be changed without prior notice, and you should check them whenever possible, at least every 30 days. Violation of the rules may result in account suspension and deletion, regardless of any warnings.

• Always use a “strong” password (with random and intercalated letters, numbers, and symbols), and also use a good antivirus. The team does its best to prevent and suspend suspicious accounts, but cases of “hacks” are not guaranteed to be prevented by the team under any circumstances.

• Never click on external links. Be cautious with “fake” websites. All news will only be posted on the Official PokeVerse Discord (News).

• Always check for the encryption LOCK and “S” at the beginning of the domain (httpS). Create a shortcut button for the website in your browser’s favorites bar to avoid the risk of accessing fake sites. Never access the game through search engine links.

• PokeVerse, for security reasons, logs player IP addresses, command logs, and chat messages (all typed keys are recorded) and stores them in an encrypted environment for up to 30 days.

• All valuable items should be stored in the CP (Character’s Safe), and anything valuable should also be locked to ensure safety. However, all security systems may be subject to failure (losses due to failures and/or bugs are not guaranteed or refunded, under any circumstances).

• Accounts and logs are the property of PokeVerse.

• By creating an account, the user irrevocably agrees that they only own the email used for identification. Everything done thereafter belongs to the server and PokeVerse, including the character’s name. If you disagree with any term or rule, do not create an account, do not log in, and never make payments or donations.

• NO rule is subject to discussion or validation by the user or any jurisdiction. If you disagree with something, do not create an account and do not log into the game.

• If the user suspects that the game’s terms violate any local, state, or federal rule or law, they should not log in or connect to the servers and should immediately request account deletion.

• All banned or blocked accounts may be deleted at any time without prior notice to reduce data storage costs.

• Under no circumstances will there be support for accounts sold, bought, or involved in trading outside the server, as sales of anything (accounts, items, etc.) between players outside the server are prohibited.

• Creating an account or logging in is prohibited for minors under 13 years old. Minors may only log in under the supervision of legal guardians.

• No system is guaranteed, and there may be losses. All systems are subject to failure. Any type of loss may be irreversible. When in doubt, do not create an account, but we will do our best to restore the game (Rollback) to the closest safe date.

• Everything that occurs after a rollback is IMPOSSIBLE to restore. These losses are inherent to this type of online game system, and everyone should be aware of these irreversible losses. PokeVerse is not responsible for offering any compensation.

• The rules apply to the Game, Discord, Facebook, and social media. Topics in any of these locations that violate the rules will be deleted, and the user will be permanently banned. Lack of civility and politeness may also be punished.

• Depending on the severity of the rule violation or if the action is considered a crime under the Penal Code, the account may be permanently suspended. Regardless of authorization, all logs may be forwarded to the Police Authority to assist in criminal proceedings.

• To obtain support, use the ticket system available on the Official PokeVerse Discord.

• PokeVerse may send promotional emails.

• Acting contrary to good customs or disparaging the game’s image may result in account suspension.

• PokeVerse has no headquarters or branches in Brazil.

• In the event of system failure or excessive lags due to network/server attacks, unfortunately, it is not possible to recover CATCH and/or lost items because the system also loses these logs.

• All accounts must be identified, and at any time, a copy of identification documents and proof of updated address may be requested. If the request is not met, the account may be suspended.

• As with any computerized system, failures and connection losses may occur, causing server outages and requiring shutdowns until the issue is resolved. Any losses incurred or Rollback (restoring a backup) will not be reimbursed. However, all efforts will be made to minimize losses.

• From the first serious punishment (share, bot, offense, or bug abuse), the account may be immediately deleted. Anyone using illegal Bot programs or macro software may have their account permanently deleted, including the main account and related ones.

• Any software or “script” that automates any repetitive movement without human interference will be considered irregular, and the account will be permanently banned. Support for these accounts is prohibited.

• Tickets contesting punishment and account suspension for using illegal software (MC or BOT) will not be answered. Related accounts (main account) will also be punished. The ban can happen at any time.

• All items in the game must be kept in the account/character itself. Any loss due to lending or theft is at the risk of the one who lent and did not keep them safely in their own account.

• Verse Coins “taken” from others on the “ground” or through fictitious trades may result in account block and deletion, as well as deletion of related or beneficiary accounts (source and destination).

• The existence of the servers depends on internal prize balancing and daily planning (for example, completing a quest or evolving something). For this reason, all trades must be within the game in official channels and at proportional prices.

• Verse Coins sent to the server or used will under no circumstances be refunded. Regret within 7 days will only be accepted if the Verse Coins are on the website, unused. Administrative fees of up to 15.00 USD (per refund) may apply. In case of disputes, the administrative fee will always be charged.

• By creating the account, the user authorizes the sending of promotional or notification emails.

• Inactive accounts, i.e., without authenticating or logging into the client and/or website for more than 6 months and without active VIP, may be deleted without prior notice.

• Using third-party items knowing they were obtained fraudulently will result in permanent banning, as well as failing to report players committing fraud.

• Banned users are not welcome and may be prohibited from creating new accounts or logging into servers through third-party or secondary accounts. If a banned user is found logging into the game, even if prohibited, the accounts involved will also be deleted, without prior notice.

• All equipment used for connection is identified by the Hardware serial number. All bans may extend to the equipment used and/or linked to the account that committed the irregularity. All accounts associated with this equipment may also be punished.

• The price of items in Verse Coins or in-game currency may change WITHOUT prior notice. In-game store promotions or website promotions may start, end, or change prices at any time without prior notice.

• When new systems are implemented, in case of errors, the servers will roll back. In no case will compensation occur for this. In case of abuses or errors in new systems, cases where bonuses are disproportionate, item removal may occur.

• Trades and/or buying and selling within the server will not be undone, even if errors occur in the offer of items or values.

• With updates in the game, item prices will change without prior notice. Therefore, acquisitions should never be made with the intent to profit, as profits or losses may occur, and these cannot be undone or refunded. The game is for entertainment.

• Everything created in the game belongs to the server, not to the user or anyone who has access to the account. It is a temporary use right of the account owned by the server.

• VIP is considered used once the player connects to the server, as well as the first use of the credit (Verse Coin).

• Under no circumstances is the connected time considered a “user investment”. The connected time is a cost for PokeVerse as there are costs for “bandwidth” for each connection and data traffic. All traffic is costly as it generates a server rental cost; the more users or higher the traffic, the higher the rent paid to the datacenters.

• Every item earned in the game can be lost due to bugs or programming errors and is irrecoverable. Also, if the server is shut down due to infeasibility and high costs, everything produced in the game will be lost. At any time, servers may merge or be closed to new public access.

• Connections are provisional, meaning there are no guarantees that the server will be online in the future.

• Every item earned in the game or belonging to the account can be lost due to bugs or programming errors and is irrecoverable. Under no circumstances will the loss of an item due to a bug or programming error be recovered. The game may have thousands of faults due to its complexity, and no fault will be reimbursed.

• Trading outside the official channels, market, and trade channel is considered irregular. Trades at below-average prices or even dropping items on the ground for trade are indications of irregular trading and may lead to banning (permanent blocking) and confiscation of the item. All items must be traded for another item at a proportional market price. Trading for a ridiculously low price is irregular and results in account blocking and penalty enforcement.

• Accounts are unique, primarily identified by the first person who performed the transaction. Multiple people making transactions indicate illegal trading, and the account may be banned. The user must provide proof of address (in their name) for every location where the account was logged in for more than 90

Report such infractions by opening a ticket in the reports section; if the infraction is confirmed, the player will be punished. Players who send offensive messages in private (PM) should be ignored and blocked. It is also considered slander for a player to falsely report another player for an infraction they did not commit.

Article 1.j – Illegal Trade

Selling, exchanging, buying from other players, or using the game as a means to make profit is not allowed, including the trade of items and resources from this game to another game, and the sale, exchange, and purchase of items and resources for real money. We are also not responsible for player errors, such as dropping an item by mistake and another player picking it up. However, repeated abuse of skill may be punished. The advertisement of items with an attempt to mislead or pricing that is very out of range, too high or low, may also be punished.

Using a proxy or sharing the same network is not prohibited, but if the associated IP accesses any account involved in violating the rules, particularly fraud, theft, or scams, all accounts accessed by that IP will be permanently banned and suspended. Therefore, always avoid accessing the same network as people suspected of committing crimes.

Support will not provide IPs of access on accounts for “private investigations” of item thefts in houses. All valuable items should be kept safe with the owner.

Article 1.r – Credit Card Payments

Making payments with a credit card and transferring credits to a third-party account may result in account suspension until payment issues are resolved. Cases of payment suspensions or misuse of a credit card will be treated as misappropriation and fraud, with logs and data forwarded to law enforcement. All related accounts will be permanently suspended.

Article 1.s – Priority Support

Due to high costs for keeping the game online, priority support will be given to people who contribute to the development of the game through donations. If the received donation amounts are insufficient to keep the servers online, they may be shut down or merged with other servers.

Accounts with bans or involved in irregularities will be deleted. Trades should occur through the trade system, especially when involving suspicious values (either high or low). Irregularities may lead to a ban. The same applies to accounts that exploit bugs and fail to report them, so the benefit gained from the bug is removed. If the account that violated the rules (was banned or deleted) made a donation or purchased Verse Coins, in no case will those amounts be refunded or reimbursed.

Violations of player privacy or the team members will not be tolerated. All accounts involved in violating this rule will be permanently banned and/or deleted from the game and official game platforms. The offender may face civil and criminal charges for this.

Article 6.c.

Article 6.d.

Article 6.e.

In critical cases, the player may be permanently banned (deleted).

Article 7.c.

A player who violates the rules of public channels will be silenced in the channels without prior warning. The maximum limit of channel bans is 5. If a player has 5 or more channel bans, they will be banned from the game. If the player continues to receive more channel bans after the initial ban, they may be banned for a longer period, progressively increasing. After the player is silenced, the Tutor has the right to report to the administration to check the player’s channel ban history, which may lead to a game ban.

Article 8.a.

While you are online in the game and browsing our website, we will collect some information about your navigation, such as the date of the visit, IP address, and browser type. This data is important for improving the website’s functionality and for statistical analysis. The team has access to all messages and keystrokes typed. Article 8.e.

The naming rules apply to everything in the game, including characters (CHARs), Guilds, Characters, Team Names, and Items (including Pokémon).

Article 9.a.

Character names that violate the rules will be changed unilaterally, and the character may be deleted with the loss of all items. After being notified, if the player does not change the name of their item or Pokémon within 24 hours, the item will be removed and deleted from their account and the game.

Offensive Names:

Please make sure that your name does not offend other players or violate moral and ethical standards. Names that contain any type of insult, such as “Dumb Bitch” or “John the Idiot,” will not be tolerated.

Racist Names:

PokeVerse is an international game where people from all countries can play. Therefore, racist names such as “White Power,” “White Men Eat Shit,” or “Black Person” will never be tolerated.

Sexual Content Names:

PokeVerse is a game that is becoming popular among young players. As such, we aim to keep any name referring to sex or sexual orientation, such as “Hetero Man” or “Pornstar Sex,” out of the game. Names that include body parts related to sex like “Nipple,” “Breastfeeder,” or “Penis” are also not allowed. Similarly, names of celebrities associated with sex, such as pornographic actors, pimps, and prostitutes, are undesirable.

Drug-Related Names:

Names explicitly related to drugs and other illegal substances, like “Weedsmoker” or “Junkie,” are undesirable and will be blocked. The same applies to names that refer to alcohol use, such as “Drunk Baby” or “Alcohol Lover.” This rule also prohibits the use of famous drug traffickers’ names, like “Pablo Escobar” and “George Young.”

Harassment Names:

Names created solely to harass other players, such as “Wheelchair Macin” or “Fat,” or to threaten others in real life, such as “Beatyou Afterschool” and “Killyou Inrl,” are illegal, will be removed, and may result in further punishment.

Other Cases:

There are countless other names that people may find offensive for various reasons. For example, names referring to bodily fluids and excrement like “Snot Eater” and “Like Feces,” as well as names of diseases or disabilities like “Ashtma” and “Dean the Mongolist,” or references to organized crime like “Mafia Godfather” and “Narcotrafico.” Names of famous people who committed serious crimes or inhumane actions are also prohibited, such as serial killers “Charles Manson” and “Ted Bundy,” or dictators “Hitler” and “Benito Mussolini.”

Invalid Name Format:

Names that contain parts of sentences (except for clan names), poor formatting, or meaningless combinations of letters.

Names with Parts of Sentences:

Names that are complete sentences, such as “Come to town” and “Dan Is Cool,” are not allowed in PokeVerse. The same applies to incomplete phrases like “Witches kill the” and “Lets Sing When,” as well as names that contain exclamations or greetings like “Oh My God” and “Hello Man.”

Names with Malformed Words:

Our name creation system already enforces some rules to prevent poorly formatted names. For example, names must start with a capital letter. Names that can be created but are illegal due to poor formatting include missing spaces like “Dinhothemaster” and “Ballsofglory,” or incorrectly placed spaces like “Din Hothema Ster” and “Ballso Fglory,” and will be analyzed.

Names with Meaningless Letter Combinations:

You are free to be creative when creating a name, but it must not consist of just a random string of letters like “Jasdhsjhf,” “Aauoiee,” or “Huahueahua.” Names that repeat the same letter sequence multiple times, like “Harry Harry Harry,” “King Lalalala,” “Kakaka,” and names with excessive typing errors like “Poocckkeett,” “Sir Offf Staaaarss,” are also prohibited.

Illegal Advertisement Names:

Names that advertise a third-party brand, product, or service, or content unrelated to the game or involving real money transactions.

Names Advertising Third-Party Brands, Products, or Services:

Names in PokeVerse should not contain advertising for third parties, such as names of globally recognized products like “Humpfrey Smarties” and “Sandals Boy,” or companies and brands like “Nokia Kid” and “Ubisoft Hunter,” “NFT,” “Crypto,” “Cripto,” including derivatives like “NFT Gold,” “Cripto Master.” Names including the titles of other online games also fall into this category.

Names Advertising Non-Game Content:

The game is not a platform to advertise exchanges involving content unrelated to PokeVerse. Therefore, names that imply such exchanges are prohibited, like “Potions Seller” and “Trading Tentacruel.”

Names Advertising Real Money Transactions:

Names in PokeVerse cannot advertise the sale of in-game items for real money, like “Dollar for Pokes.” In general, any name advertising exchanges involving real money is prohibited, like “Vip Seller” and “Buy Diamond Account.”

Inappropriate Names:

Names that express political or religious views or do not fit the fantasy environment of PokeVerse.

Names Expressing Political or Religious Views:

PokeVerse is a game where political or religious views should not matter. Therefore, names referring to a specific religion, such as “Buddhist Trainer,” “Jewish the Catcher,” or a person linked to a specific religion, such as “Peter Vishnu” or “Juan el Musulmanes,” or a position that only exists in a religion, such as “Pontiff Claude,” “Esther the Rabbi,” are illegal. Additionally, names expressing political views like “Democrat,” “Roy the Anarchist,” or referring to internationally known politicians like “Lord Barack Obama” and “Dama Dilma Rousseff” are not allowed.

Names Inciting Rule Violations:

Names that promote, incite, advertise, or imply a violation of PokeVerse’s rules.

Names Promoting or Inciting Rule Violations:

Obviously, any name that promotes a rule violation, like “Lover of Offenses” and “Wannabe Hacker,” or incites rule violations, like “Spam Maker,” is illegal and can lead to additional punishments.

Names Advertising or Implying Rule Violations:

Names that clearly imply breaking the game’s rules, such as “Sellmyacc,” “Julie Anti Idle,” will not only receive a name lock but may also receive additional punishment. The same applies to names that clearly attempt to impersonate an official position, like “Admin of Sapphire” and “God Poke.” A simple reference will also be considered illegal, such as “Macrohater” and “Spamshunter.”

We recognize and value the significant contributions of players who take on special roles as collaborators on Discord, Blog/Wiki, or content creator partners on Video or Streaming Sites (YouTube, Twitch, and others). These individuals play an important role in representing the server, and as such, we expect them to uphold the highest standards of conduct.

In order to preserve the integrity and reputation of PokeVerse, it is imperative that partners and collaborators adhere to additional behavior guidelines. This is because they, in a way, represent the server to the broader community. Therefore, we apply stricter criteria to ensure that their actions and words align with the values and standards set by us.

The rules may be subject to change without prior notice.

Always read when possible.
